Jonátan (stylized as JUAN ALAN, JUANDEALAN, or J.A) is an American born, Mexican multimedia drag artist, composer, singer, producer & writer; Whose work spans Latine-West infused electronic loops, bilingual spoken word poetry, & draggy visuals.
Ok so I technically started as a MINECRAFT Youtuber & skit vlogger online in 2014. Then would post very vague makeup content by 2019. Anyways, My drag is very "WILD WEST DIVA AUTEUR";I, JuanAlan can recall always having been writing, performing & singing as a child. Yet only by self in secret. Thus leading to a creative stagnation 2015-2021, all the while having been uploading trivial mundane content to Vine, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram on & off undr distinct stage names "Jonatan" & "JOEI ALAN" ,I didn't rlly publicly begin sharing vocalz, ,drag, & visuals online until the early 2020s when id explore drag. 2022 would b the pivot however. High School class of 2022. man what a lifetime ago. The direct 2nd & last semester after writing "El Manantial" I would transfer into an entirely new english course. Cultural Studies, Given by Prof Tim Hernandez. As Mr Hernandez's final semeter value final, my peers & i had to presnt to him a body of work. You could only imagine my excitement and senioritious colliding into what i believe was a 30 poem anthology of pieces written or retrieved gradually from late scattered 2018 diaries to early 2022 poems for prof. Tho personally I was GOING THRU IT, even bordering dropping out in early Maarch before the end of second quarter. Unemployed & manless:(yet with perservierance, By May 2022, I had Graduation in the bag! I do believe that without this organic creative reignition I wouldnt had made that 2022. After discovering soundtrap loops & becoming immediately hooked on songwriting at ten fold, id utilize a select few of my 12th grade anthology collection on JUANVRDE (2022),Then comes the 25 track Debut Instrumental audio project. PobreChiqueado Vol.1 (2023), id describe as a LATAM rough edges soundtrack-classic that fuses distorted synths with full organ, bell,drum loop satires. In March of 2024, PalacioDTiempo-EP, is released, with Q Lo Sepa as the lead single. By fall 2024 , my rough edges vocal debut as J.A goes full immersive universe-ambient with Technostar. Thus releasing concept albums & soundtracks under "JuanDeAlan"

In February of 2025 i'd begin 2 outline the pilot and first season 2 my self-hosted competition-soap novel DIVAhaus! By November, I would ultimately finish the season's first rough draft, with production & promo for the DIVAhaus machinima oficially commencing November 2025.
